  • Welcome to the website (hereinafter: “the Site”) of the Four Seasons Financial Planning Ltd (hereinafter: “Four Seasons”). We provide unique solutions in many financial areas, for thousands of customers.

2.Saving and Collecting PersonalInformation

4.Databases:

  • The collected data will be stored in the Four Seasons databases and it will be responsible therewith. 
  • Use of the information will be carried out in accordance with the purposes defined, in accordance with the Terms of Use document, in accordance with this document and subject to the provisions of any law and obligations applicable under any law, including the laws of privacy protection.
  • Without derogating from the generality of the foregoing, Four Seasons undertakes to comply with the provisions of the law regarding the protection and transfer of personal information and data of users of the site, and undertakes to comply with the provisions of the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 (hereinafter: “the Privacy Protection Law”) including Chapter B of the Law (Protection of Privacy in Databases), the regulations promulgated by virtue of the Privacy Protection Law (Information Security), 5777-2017 (“Information Security Regulations”), the guidelines of the Registrar of Relevant Databases, all as updated from time to time.
  • To the extent that the collection and processing of information is subject to other 
  • legal systems, then the legal basis for processing the information about the user 
  • and others according to the same laws may be different. 

5.Use of Information:

  • The user gives his consent that Four Seasons will be entitled to collect and produce the information , and make use of the information, in order to enable use of the site, for marketing and sales purposes, to provide offers, granting benefits, contacting, sending updates, contacting and identification, verifying details, improving the service, providing services, direct mailing, analysis and processing of the information, segmentation and statistical research as well as for business purposes and for advertising and marketing purposes – including delivery, disclosure and/or sale of the information to third parties, in Israel or abroad, including advertisers, insurance companies, insurance agents, credit providers and pension clearing.
  • The user is obliged to give his consent to such use for the delivery and/or collection and/or production of the information and when leaving details on the Site, the user agrees voluntarily to provide the full information, for all its use and transfer, all as specified in the Privacy Policy.


6.Providing Information to a Third Party 

  • Non-personally identifiable information and statistical information is not kept confidential and may be transferred.
  • Four Seasons shall not be considered as transferring information to third parties identifying information about a user in the cases listed below:
  • With the consent and approval of the user. 
  • In the event that the Four Seasons has transferred and/or assigned to a third party its activities and/or rights and obligations towards the user, to a third party, provided that the third party accepts the provisions set forth in this Privacy Policy.
  • For external processing and provision of the Services (such as cloud hosting services), subject to the Privacy Policy, and using all necessary measures to maintain confidentiality and security.
  • In any case where the User breached the terms of the Privacy Policy and/or the Terms of Use and/or in cases where the User and/or anyone acting on its behalf committed or attempted to perform, through the Service and/or in connection with them, actions contrary to the provisions of the Privacy Policy and/or the Terms of Use and/or the provisions of any law. Four Seasons may transfer the User’s contact information to law enforcement authorities in the following cases:
  • Due to any dispute, claim, lawsuit, demand and/or legal proceedings that will be conducted between the user and/or on his behalf and between Four Seasons and/or anyone on its behalf..
  •  If a judicial order is received instructing to provide the details of the user. 
  • If Four Seasons shall believe according to its best discretion, that the provision of the aforementioned information is required in order to reduce damage of any kind whatsoever caused to the App and/or any other third party.
  • In any event where the Four Seasons shall believe , at its sole discretion, that the provision of the information is necessary in order to prevent serious damage to the Group’s property, or to the property and/or the body of the user and/or third parties and/or in order to prevent other serious damage.

7.Use of Cookies and Web Beacons 

  • Four Seasons uses cookies and web beacons on the Site. 
  • A cookie is a string of letters or numbers that is used to verify, track, and store information about the user on a website, such as saving the user’s preferences. The cookie represents a particular mode of browsing the website or using the application.
  • Web beacons are small graphic images that can be embedded on web pages and other online content for the ongoing and proper operation of the site. Four Seasons uses cookies and web beacons for the ongoing operation of the site, checking the integrity of the site, collecting statistics about the use of the site, verifying details, information security, collecting statistical information about use and volume that does not include personal information and more

8.Right to Review and Correct Informationa

  • The right to review the information and its correction shall be granted by Four Seasons in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Protection Law.
  • The user is entitled to review the information held about him in the databases of the Four Seasons, either himself or through his representative who was authorized in writing or by a guardian. Four Seasons shall respond to the User’s request as soon as possible and shall allow review of information about him no later than 30 days from the date of filing the application.

  • Four Seasons undertakes to comply with the provisions of any law regarding information security, including the Privacy Protection Law, and the Privacy Protection Regulations (Information Security), 5777-2017.
  • Four Seasons implements up-to-date and stringent information security systems and procedures and invests great efforts in implementing and maintaining the security of the site and users’ personal information (whether ourselves or by receiving services from third parties who are certified service providers).
  • Four Seasons implements industry standard information security practices and policies to ensure the security of users’ information and to prevent any unauthorized use of this information. While these systems reduce the risks of unauthorized access to the Site’s computers, they do not provide absolute security.
  • Four Seasons shall report to the relevant authorities any information security incident that may endanger and/or compromise the information security immediately from the moment it becomes aware of the event.
